BUSINESS HOURS: HOW TO ORDER: Fax or Email GRANGER BALLOONS INC. is a business-to-business manufacturer. We only sell wholesale. A Tax ID# is required to become a customer or to receive a price list. New Account first-time order minimum is $150.00.
MINIMUM ORDER $150.00 For orders of less than $150.00, a handling charge of $10.00 in additional to freight charges will be added to invoice.
FREIGHTAll orders are shipped FOB our plant. Freight will be added to invoice. CLAIMSAll claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of the order. All claims against invoices or billing should be made by return mail. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge and shipping charges. Under no circumstances are salespeople allowed to accept product for refund. If replacement merchandise is shipped to you, the other merchandise must be returned before a credit is issued. Otherwise you will be charged for both items.
